"Missed our connecting flight and had to get a hotel room at midnight to spend the night with my wife and two young children. Called the hotel to get their shuttle service and were picked up less than 10 minutes later. The lady working the desk at midnight was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. She got us into our room within 5 minutes. We checked out at 5:00 am and she had coffee and muffins for us. Overall, the service was incredible, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. "

"We booked this as a long weekend staycation. We had forgotten how unique this hotel is. They have bee colonies on the third floor mezzanine. Very cool. The rooms, the atmosphere and the staff were all on point. One of the best stays we have had downtown. Highly recommended. "

"Parking was easy, close to a number of freeways to travel and also close to the riverfront walk. I'm not a big gambler and that was not my reason to stay there. My grandfathers house was on temple street and now is the start of the parking garage."
