「Very nice rooms and insane big pool 」

「とても素敵なお部屋でした！ セキュリティもしっかりしていて、１Fにはスターバックス、B1にはスーパーマーケットがあり小さなフードコートも併設されており、とても便利でした。 とっても快適だったのですが、1点だけ残念なポイントとしては、南国なので仕方ないのかと思いますが、ダイニングキッチンに小さな蟻が住んでいるようで、 テーブルにもキッチンにも出てきてしまうため、 食材を置いておくことができなかった点です。 それ以外は、とても素敵ですし、安心ですし、オススメです！」

「Totally disappointed . The place ranking was posted as a 4-star. However, it appears to be as a 1-star to me. No email, phone calls, or other communications for check-in instructions. When I arrived at the place, the staffs did not know anything about my reservation. No bellman services. 「Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty.
