"Huge suite - beautiful pool areas with a great maintained garden. Alfresco breakfast area with an amazing view! Smaller breakfast buffet, but good enough. There is access to the narrow beach, however Alona beach is more about bars, so we enjoyed more the pool areas of the resort with ocean view. "

"Nice bungalows but a bit off the beaten path, fairly far into a dark alley. Pictures online show a pool and tout a wonderful restaurant and bar called Ken's Place. Neither exist following an apparent fire in August of 2023, and the property didnt contact us to let us know of these missing amenities. They were also unwilling to make any changes to our reservation."

"The property is like a tropical oasis. The pool was so pretty. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our favorite place so far in the Philippines. The ac worked great. Showers were strong and hot. There was a light blanket on the bed in addition to the sheet- a first for us so far in the Philippines. "

"The Henann villas in Alona are our home for a few days when we visit family in Bohol. My little one and I can enjoy the small pool 24/7, which perfectly accommodates our wake times from jet lag. The staff has been friendly (improved over the years), and the response time to phone calls and issues have been quicker. The only thing I would suggest and wish is for the return of the breakfast buffet for their Villa guests at Christina’s café (instead of at the current general buffet places at the Coral and Sea Breeze locations). Also, they should accomodate more for minors who are staying at the Villa when it comes to using (and enjoying) the Lounge. Maybe use the outdoor part of the Lounge for those adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages, and allow kids to use the indoor/air conditioned space? The current situation I find to be too discriminating for kids and for the guest families who are staying at the Villa. I strongly suggest a more FAMILY-friendly setup. Thanks!"
