「房间没有浴缸，电话和吹风是坏的，天花板有只巨大的蟑螂。晚上睡觉只有一条毯子，太冷。餐厅工作人员态度不友好，不耐烦。泳池一直没有毛巾提供。泳池水脏。」

「A great stay in a great location. A lovely pool with restaurant and plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing etc. Walking distance to restaurants, Cafe Planet, the local shop for food and drinks. The lagoon is directly across the road. Ideal for singles, couples and families. Friendly staff.」

「Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. 「透過hotel.com定房，到了現場還得查看我方定房證明，我都事先打電話確認過了，耽誤很多時間等。另外，定房時網站說明可選擇不同床型，定房時也註明清楚我要的型式，但到現場發現並沒這選項，真是無言。」

「The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road.」

「We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I...

「Well there was noise coming out from it at night , unsafe environment and then also the furniture was torn and look so old and ugly . Not even breakfast provided not the bedsheets. Towels had stains and so does bedspread . Unsafe since the security level is so poor.」
