「Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer Bedienteil von der Klimaanlage in zwei Teile. Beim festmontierten Föhn fehlte der Schlauch, da unbrauchbar und wir mussten mit nassen Haaren ins Bett gehen. Duschtüren fehlten. Bad stand komplett unter Wasser. Bad Entlüftung ohne Funktion. Durch späte Ankunft im Hotel keine Reklamation mehr möglich.」

「Fantastic stay with Mattia! So warm and inviting with the property going back to the 1700s and full view of the vineyards. My apartment had air conditioning on literally one of the hottest days in Europe! (20 degrees in the apartment!) Had the tasting and great breakfast there. He also provided lots of recommendations- truly a great stay.」

「This hotel is difficult to get to because the old city is closed to traffic. We circled for a good 30 min before we we able to get close enough to drop our bags. We parked in a parkafe not far from the property. Once we were finally there, it was amazing!」

The owner will respond with excuses so I will not bother writing what actually happened. Suffice to say I would not recommend this place. Lots nicer bed and breakfasts around (check out Flambruzzo which has some great cheap options with better amenities.(also don't expect to receive the amenities listed on booking or Expedia..) Lovely part of the country spoiled by (cue owner...
