Chalet Eiger Lodge
Had a very enjoyable night at Chalet Eiger and Nina was a wonderful hostess. The evening meal and breakfast along with the glasses of wine were delicious and it was nice to share some stories with her. A very accommodating hostess.

Lakefront Lodge Taupo
The extractor fan in the bathroom was full of dust and fluff. Looked as though it had never been cleaned after installation.

Wairakei Resort Taupo by Accor
There are no plates or bowls spoons or knives. the TV did not work when we arrived the shower curtain is far too small and short Consequently the water goes everywhere. the apartment needs to be decorating. It looked old and well used.
