"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic stay in Zakopane. The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Unfortunately, a major storm rolled in during our stay and forced us to spend much more time at the hotel than we had planned. As it turned out, that wasn't a bad thing at all. Both restaurants in the hotel were absolutely incredible. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and the service was exceptional. We ended up enjoying several meals there and were impressed every time. The spa was another highlight of our stay. The facilities were excellent, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the mountains. It added a whole extra level of luxury to the experience. A special thank you to the entire team for turning what could have been a disappointing weather day into one of the highlights of our trip. Between the amazing staff, beautiful rooms, incredible restaurants, and outstanding spa, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zakopane."

"We booked a balcony room with Mountain View and we were very disappointed. The balconies are not private at all. You can see and hear the neighbors next to you. The Mountain View was not what you would think as I mainly saw the neighboring homes roofs and from the far corner I could see a bit of the mountain. Not really a room you should advertise as a Mountain View room. Very disappointed and unhappy about this."

"Our loft room had two huge pillars which really got in the way, if you get this type of room ask to change. Amenities were very good, nice pool, hot tub, saunas, gym etc. breakfast was very good, had dinner at the restaurant which has lots of awards but our dishes were hit and miss. Fish was terribly overcooked and for top dollar I expected much better. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. Linens are ok but not great. Location is very central and convenient."

"We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! The beds are comfortable, however we found the pillows to be quite soft. The hotel is quiet with great sleep quality. The water pressure is excellent and a nice shower space. WiFi is excellent with fast streaming available. There is currently construction taking place on the new wing at the front of the hotel; but asides from cranes viewable from the pools, it’s a necessary evil for their continued growth and expansion. Therma Bania is amazing. Swim up bars; various spaces and utterly gorgeous. It is really hard to get a lounger at weekends and I don’t know how they can manage it, but it’s quite a stressful experience when you just want to find somewhere to leave your stuff so you can get in the pool. The restaurant food was quality and tasty, however it would be good to see more options for vegans and vegetarians as this was very limited. The photos don’t do this hotel justice; I nearly booked another hotel in Zakopane as I thought the rooms look dated, they’re not, it’s just bad promotional material! We will certainly be returning and have already recommended to a number of friends."

"Ogolnie hotel jest cześcia Bachleda resort wiec podczas rezerwacji moze to być mylące. Pokoje wygodne jednak wygladem odstają od aktulanych czasów - dawnonnie spotkałem lamp ze świetlówkami w łazience. Generalnie przydałby się remont. Poza tym wszystko super, jedzebie pycha "
