"The rooms were very clean, and the staff was absolutely AMAZING, friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast every morning because I overslept, so I can’t personally review the breakfast. 😊 One thing I truly appreciated was how accommodating the staff was on our final day. Due to a delay with my chauffeur, they were able to extend my stay by an additional two hours, which was incredibly helpful and made our departure much less stressful. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again if needed. A big thank you to the wonderful staff for their excellent hospitality!"

"Location is unbeatable. Amenities are superior than most. Delicious breakfast. Greatly appreciated the washer and dryer access. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, which was a pain. And the room was extremely small. I had to use the smaller desk to open my suitcase."

"When we arrived the front desk greeted us warmly. They confirmed our Glamping reservation and kindly showed us about the property, including the baths and relaxation room. The glamp trailer/building was cozy. It had all we needed and a view. We only stayed the one night but it was a nice getaway. For travel, it was a little off the beaten path but we did it, with luggage. I would recommend the location."

"Welcome drink machine at reception area was bonus point, we keep coming back after swimming and dinner. Do not forget your swimsuit, otherwise you will deeply regret to miss indoor swimming pool & spa experience. Delicious Buffet dinner on top of that, they provide free alcohol as well ! Top floor Onsen hit springs were so relaxing ,and the moment of sunset was breathtaking. and they provide so many variety of hair care goods, shampoo and conditioner, therefore I ended up wash my hair several times !"
