Nice hotel, but bad for remote work

The room is spacious, but requires minor repairs. The breakfast is very good. The main problem is that wifi was not working in our room and it was hard to find electric sockets.

This hotel is OK. Not real fancy, but the room is comfortable. The lobby and breakfast room are somewhat dingy, but the staff are nice. The closest Metro station is about a 20-minute walk, so not so convenient if you plan to use the Metro much. Taxis are cheap, but you can't just hail one on the street. You need to use an app. And if you don't have a SIM card...

Lazy attitude by management and staff toward guests. Absolutely no check of the room before guest checks in. Broken fridge, broken tv remote, broken window screens. No thought put into room design. Staff is not trained to react to a guest’s problems. Nice location.

Our room was basement ,had a very tiny window only.So the room was always dark,even In the morning. The door of shower booths was broken. There was no toilet paper and pillows when we had checked in. Staffs were kind,but nobody spoke English.

When I entered my room I had to plug in the TV, refrigerator and lights myself, which was strange. The refrigerator did not work. The TV remote did not work, and they had no replacement for it. Also were unable to fix it. So it was necessary to switch channels and adjust volume manually on the device. Sleepy staff at the front desk and in the restaurant.

Отдыхали 10 дней в начале ноября 2024. От отеля осталось хорошее впечатление. Номер 206 Deluxe Twin Room всё как на фото. Естественно были небольшие неудобства, но это ведь отель не супер класса. Не новый, но приятный интерьер, а также всё время освежают ремонт. Завтрак более чем скромный. Поэтому завтракали в номере, иногда брали яйца и чай. Главное достоинство отеля это услужливый персонал ( особенно Мирзо), любые вопросы решали быстро и с улыбкой. На отдыхе это немало важно. Долго выбирали отель, и не ошиблись в выборе. Улица не шумная, магазины рядом, на такси в любую точку центра 2-3 доллара. Можно и пешком прогуляться. Уборка номера по требованию. Ну так - на троечку. Но если не сильно привередливые, то нормально. Спасибо персоналу.

Good hotel in downtown

The hotel is in downtown tashkent and is Good for a few days. Price are ok and need little improvement. Breakfast was good and plenty. Room needs renovation as they have become old Overall the stay was good. Thanks for early check-in
