Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The name must be ironic because it is really the worst guesthouse run by the most odious woman who is a black hearted con, treating guests as ATMs. I had a confirmed booking for a dorm bed. She told me they never received the booking, and all that was left was a twin room, which is obviously more expensive. After paying, she then tell me that the room isn't even private, it's shared and stick other people in there even though I paid the price for the entire room and not the price for a dorm. One man wasn't even a guest, he works there and saw there was an empty bed to crash in for the night. They nickel and dime for everything, and won't put out more drinking water or turn on the AC even though it is supposed to be included. And Orbitz customer service was absolutely terrible and offered zero help.
