Shared Bathrooms

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed half a night, as we were catching a flight in the middle of the night. They offered us a lunch box to take on the flight with us, which was very kind. My biggest issue was that in the hotels.com ad, it said that there were private bathrooms for the rooms but when we arrived we found out that this was not true- we had to share a bathroom with a few other rooms. The shared shower room was not working, and I had a freezing cold shower. Later, they fixed the water adjustment with pliers, but it was too late for me. This was disappointing.
