「The property was very nice, clean and it smelled clean (smells are a pet peeve). Only issue was that they say they will clean on the 3rd day, they didn’t. There was a misunderstanding (I believe). 」

「The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! 」

「So nice to have a separate bedroom and living area with a tv in each one. Very comfortable bed. Toilet was a little low with no grab bar close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. For a 4 floor hotel there should have been more than one elevator installed. The appearance of the existing elevator does not inspire confidence. Control panel was loose, elevator itself worn looking compared to the rest of the hotel. Other than that, the wifi works great. Would suggest more signage in suite...

「You can't beat the location and felt like home when you step on to this property. We stayed in the cottage that was the standalone building. Very easy check-in, spacious layout, comfortable mattress and bedding, loved having a small fridge and kitchen including everything you needed if you chose to cook up some breakfast or stay in for one of your meals. Staff was friendly and very accomodating to have the room ready earlier than normal check in time and even went out of their way to help return...

「Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room.
