Stay away.

The room and furniture is in a state where it's ready for replacement. The hotel offerd a free drink for gold members of hotel.com this was a vodka orange juice or appel juice. At arrival I was shown where the breakfast was. As I was sure I had paid for this it was a good information. But the hotel have now after 4 days contacted me and want payment for it. I was not informed about it at arrival or when I told my room number to breakfast or when departing. And the breakfast was so bad eggs was cold 2 Mon after it opened the bread was cardboard. Newer ever will I return here.

Une horreure total !! Je suis arrivĂ© sur place Ă  23h aprĂšs avoir pris un taxi en urgence de l’aĂ©roport car la rĂ©ception de l’hĂŽtel m’a appelĂ© en le disant que si je n’arrivais pas avant 23 h , il fermait la rĂ©ception et plus personne pour m’accueillir !! En arrivant la rĂ©ceptionniste m’a donnĂ© ma chambre mais impossible d’y accĂ©der car problĂšme. Avec la serrure Ă©lectronique qui ne fonctionnait pas !!! La rĂ©ceptionniste n’a donc pas pu Ă  ouvrir la chambre Et hĂŽtel complet !!!! J’ai don du moi mĂȘme me mettre Ă  la recherche d’un autre hĂŽtel Ă  Minuit et prendre un taxi qui m’a coĂ»tĂ© encore 50€ ! J’ai pris une chambre directement au Novotel Ă  12 km car seule solution Cette histoire m’a coĂ»tĂ© 80€ de taxi Je vous recommande de retirer cet Ă©tablissement de vos listing
