「What an incredible experience! I arrived around 3 a.m., and the team took me straight to my room — no delay at all. I was given an immediate upgrade, which I was so grateful for. The room was beautiful, and everyone I encountered throughout my stay was warm, helpful, and professional. The concierge team went above and beyond, helping me book a couple of tours with ease. 「Everyone here is extremely professional and everything is kept very clean I’m truly satisfied with my stay. The staff are all helpful, and I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. It would be helpful if the access routes and elevators were made clearer, indicating which one leads where」
