Many things wrongs. The layout sucks, broken elevator, poor directions inside the complex very easy to get lost. Not enough lights in the pool area once it gets dark…. Infestation of mosquitoes!!! Good resultant good prices, good food/breakfast, good staff. Nice pool. Bring mosquito repellent.

Hoye Arenas does not longer have an agreement with Punta Leona which means the only beach access is now Playa Mantas and you have to either pay the regular parking if you get any spot cause is pack during weekends or walk there from the hotel as is no longer offering transportation. Really Arenas just provides the pool and sells a closer location to the beach but no beach access at all. I’m not sure I’ll go back as least not during high season

Rented two rooms,one of them the air conditioner was not working,asked them to give us another room,they refused and said that we had to wait for someone to look at it,took them 4 hours. Also next day there were no water for 2 hours.

We have stayed at Punta Leona numerous times but now they have shut off access to playa blanco as well as to the pools and restaurants. The continental breakfast for Arenas is good but used to be a lot better. It cost us $100 extra per day to have access to the beach and lunch at the club. We also had open exposed wires under our sink in the bathroom which was a little worrisome especially for electrocution hazards.

I loved the swimming pool and my girlfriends really enjoyed it also and the breakfast was great.The room was nice but the bathroom was very small and the hot water was not working but other than that I really liked this hotel.

Wow. What a nice pool. No one was at the bar, but the nights we stayed the hotel was not busy. We did have someone come to pool area and then bring us back a beverage. Rooms very nice. We also liked the restaurant

El hotel está muy bien, únicamente que no es tan cerca de la playa, y el hotel no brinda traslado a la misma, tienes que caminar y en partes del trayecto no hay acera lo que lo hace un poco peligroso

Hice reservacion para 4, al final vinimos 5, paguenel extra de uno más. En la habitacion hay 2 sabanas... no sabanas extra, ni nada para cobijarse, asi que los 5 dormimos con 2 sabanas. Este hotel no tiene acceso a la playa, tr dicen que puede ir hasta playa Mantas, pero cuando llegas allá no hay a donde dejar el carro y no puedes entrar. El hotel no tiene acceso a la playa en realidad. Mientras estas en las instalaciones, no puedes abrir un boucher para que carguen bebidas a tu habitacion, asi que si deseas una bebida en la piscina debes cargar tu cartera siempre, pues todo debe pagarse adelantado para que te sirvan. En general el hotel es bonito, esta limpio y todo esta en buenas condiciones, el personal hace lo mejor que puede su trabajo, pero es bastante incomodo porque es un hotel en la playa sin acceso a la playa.

The pool area was great, but you cannot access Playa Blanca, so its name is misleading, the beach is far away an you have to pay 7000 colones for parking, so this is a hotel to stay at the pool but a beach one

En la página se entiende qtw el hotel es de punta leona y me indujo a error. No tiene acceso al club ni las instalaciones, ni siquiera al restaurante porque es independiente, pero no lo advierte . La ropa es cáma es vieja y las almohadas como un trapo. La cama es dura y poco confortable Habitación extremadamente sencilla para el precio

La atencion es buena. Pero me parece muy mal que pongan imagenes como si la playa estuviese frente al hotel y no es asi. Y si decides ir a la playa no tienen baños asi que tus unicas opciones son: Pagar parqueo e ir a playa Mantas o utilizar el parqueo gratis que ofrece el hotel pero luego montarte al carro con tu familia mojados y llenos de sal y arena. La Piscina muy bonita, PERO NO HABIA SALVAVIDAS.

El hotel esta ok por el precio. Se mantiene bien cuidado y tienen actividades. Lo que no gusto fue el desayuno. Siempre lo mismo y la comida es fria. La tostadora de pan era como de casa y duraba montones para tostar el pan. Nos encanto el servicio de Kaylin. Súper simpática y muy amable.

Overall pretty good. Good service at the restaurant. At 9am on Saturday morning a guest was blasting terrible music at the pool for all to hear, really disturbing the peace. Alerted the reception workers, who said they would come talk to him, but never did. Disappointing.

Very big pool. Room was a bit small and there was a lot of wasted bathroom space. The pool activities and music were too loud.

Me gustó mucho la limpieza del hotel , lo amplio de la habitación , el restaurante físicamente y también la comida estuvo muy bien . Los que se debe mejorar : en algunas partes de las paredes de la piscina vimos manchas negras (parece hongos) y en cuanto a la habitación tuvimos problemas con la temperatura del agua de la ducha , hay mucha variación de presión y eso hace que haya variaciones en la temperatura del agua.

The hotel personnel and mostly everything at the hotel was great! Very supportive in helping us correct planning issues Expedia couldn’t help us solve. I’m thankful they helped us enjoy the rest of our vacation after two stressful weeks working with Expedia staff who couldn’t help me correct this reservation.

I LOVED this hotel because all the staff there are super nice and comfortable. Plus the beach is only a walking distance away. Rooms were super nice and clean! The food was soo super good!

El hotel ya no pertenece a la modalidad "All Inclusive" sin embargo en la página donde hice la reservación no se indica ese detalle y viajé creyendo que iba a contar con la alimentación. Finalmente no fue así.
