"I will start by saying there was a mixup with my room but I don’t believe for this to be the hotels fault. However, everything that could’ve also went wrong did. They didn’t half a good amount of stuff that was on their menu. They had a power outage the only full day we were at the hotel so I had to pay additional money to go do different things because no ac and a hot and humid place is a pleasant experience. They told me they would credit some money to me for the inconvenience. Only to not honor that credit when it came time to checkout. Staff seems to not be on the same page anywhere and the food is very underwhelming. There’s better places than this hotel. Look elsewhere."

"The hotel has an amazing view, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist came across as aggressive and immediately warned that we would be charged for everything, including a $50 fee if we lost the key card. While I understand policies like this, the tone used was not professional and set a negative first impression. Now please note most employees were nice. When we got to our room, the shower only had hot water. To fix the issue, maintenance had to shut off the main valve and turn off the hot water for the entire building, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had its own problems. The tub wasn’t turning on so I had to call maintenance again to turn it on ; Maintenance had to come again and fill it using the main valve. The “hot tub” was just cold water, despite being advertised as a hot tub. The bathroom smells like sewer Overall the views are amazing but I had better experiences in other hotels in the area, to me is not worth the price"

"2 breakfast choice included in stay; good options. Food is good and affordable! Unfortunately I had no hot water my entire stay but it I adjusted quickly. Also WiFi was not great. Property is beautiful though; 2 pools one overlooking the beach and it’s on el zonte beach."

"The breakfast was OK, but if you have a long stay and you don’t want to eat the same thing every day. Rooms were clean need improve improvement like a mini fridge an iron to press your clothing. The pool was nice. Staff was amazing. Thank you all. "

"Beautiful hotel and resort. Prices for food and drink are a bit pricey but there are a ton of local cafe and restaurants right outside the door. Walkable and tons to see. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views. You can lay by the pool all day and watch the surfers in the ocean"

"I wasn’t really having any expectations and this apartment blew my mind. It was right in front of the beach. I had three bedrooms with air-conditioning and the living room in the kitchen. Steps to the beach. The restaurant was really good. The staff was friendly and attentive and very helpful. They had communicated with me before I arrived to see if I needed transportation to the hotel. They recommended a company that we used and it worked out wonderful. They picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the hotel. "
