"Acomodações dos quartos em codições precárias, poeira de obra, sem vista para piscina pelo que nos foi oferecido. Transtorno com queda de energia, sendo realocados em outros quartos em codições igualmente precárias, com mofo nas paredes do banheiro e do quarto. O serviço de quarto não realizou o remanejamento dos quartos, sendo realizado pelos próprios consumidores. A TV com problemas na imagem, não possibilitando utilizar o aparelho para assistir jogos de futebol. Café da manhã com pouca variedade de comida, apenas no período do feriado. Os utensílio com odor de barata, não permitindo a sua utilização. No geral muito insatisfeito com o serviço prestado "

"They gave me a room in a separate place from the "Hotel" that looks more like a guesthouse. I asked to change the room to the part where the "Hotel" is located. They said there was no room and I had to use the room on the other side outside. They didn't even try to solve the problem. They don't care about their guests. I don't recommend it to anyone."

"Checked in late at night and they didn’t believe I paid through Expedia. Asked for multiple forms of proof that I had paid. I ended up showing having to show them my credit card app proving the charge. When I got to the room, there were no towels, so then I needed to call and request them. Then when I went to the bathroom turn on the faucet, the water was dirty ran brown, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to call back to the front office, let them know and request another room, by this time it’s 1 AM in the morning. When I finally got into the new room only one outlet in the entire unit worked so there is no way for both me and my wife to charge our phones."
