Realice la reservacion en linea y el dia de mi check in, el hotel no tenia conocimiento de que llegaria. tuve que realizar nuevamente mi reservacion manualmente.(afortunadamente habia habitacion si no, no me hubiera hospedado) el hotel expreso que no maneja reservacion por linea.

Arribe al hotel cerca de las 01:00 A. M.La persona encargada me informó que ellos no tiene nada que ver con páginas de reserva de hoteles y no podian checar mi clave de reserva. Tampoco tiene terminal para cobro con tarjeta, únicamente reciben efectivo. Me dieron una habitación que de casualidad habian cancelado la reservacion. Han tenido reclmaciones de varios huespedes que habian relizado reservación a través de su página. La habitación no contaba con agua caliente. Sugiero que quiten el hotel de la lista porque no cumple con lo que se ofrece. Espero no me hayan realizado ningún cargo a mi tarjeta ya que hoteles.com me solicitó información de la misma. Estoy molesto

Nice hotel in the heart of.Tapachula with AC

This was the perfect place to stay as I traveled through Tapachula and Carillo Puerto. The staff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The heat in Tapachula is no joke, so after walking the city shoppping and getting food it was really nice to come to our room and have excellent air conditioning. Great place to stay when in Tapachula. Highly recommended.

No quedarse en este hotel

Tuvimos retraso terrible por tráfico así que llegamos muy tarde al hotel, no tenían nuestra reserva registrada, de hecho nos dijeron que no ven las reservas online. No aceptaban tarjeta solo efectivo, afortunadamente llevábamos, así que por la hora decidimos quedarnos, no había espacio de parqueo, tuvimos que dejar el carro en mala posición y moverlo a las 5 am. La habitación doble (dos camas, no tienen ni el tamaño para una persona, son demasiado angostas) así que peidmos cambio para una de tamaño King. El lugar estaba sin limpiar, el baño sucio y se salía el agua de la regadera y del baño. No nos dieron toallas hasta que insistimos. Literalmente solo nos quedamos para pasar lo poco que nos quedaba de noche y nos retiramos a primera hora en la mañana.

Hotel comodo con algunos inconvenientes.

El Hotel en términos generales esta bien, las camas fueron cómodas, solo algunas observaciones, el check out es a las 12:00Hrs., Nos cobraron MX$50 mas porque salimos antes del las 13:00 hrs. lo cual me parece una mala forma de atención, otro inconveniente a mencionar es la entrada al estacionamiento, si llevan carro bajo seguramente no entrara porque la rampa de acceso esta muy inclinada, por ultimo cabe mencionar que en las paredes del baño encontramos un par de insectos (Cucarachas).
