The WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at in my 70 years! 1 towel in room for 2 people. NO hot water. AC that barely worked. NO way to lock my door. I had to sleep with a chair blocking the door for security! When I checked out after 1 night of my 3 night stay they gave me NO refund! Horrible!!!

Decent and cheap place to stay. Most rooms have no air conditioner or hot water. Air is almost a must in Tapachula. If you want air and hot water, send them a message through the app and they will put you in a room with those.

Für die eigentlich sehr gute Qualität des Gebäudes und die schlichten, aber auch guten und sauberen Zimmer ist es einfach enttäuschend, dass es kein fließend warmes Wasser gibt. Gerade in einer heißen Gegend, in der man häufiger duschen möchte, ist das eiskalte Wasser in der Dusche furchtbar.
