A decent, centrally located hotel with spacious rooms.
However, there were so many little things that I didn't like, so I won't be returning to this hotel.
The pool was full of screaming kids all weekend. My first room was 103, whose door opened directly onto the pool. The noise was horrible. The second day, I asked to be moved to a new quieter room, which the desk staff did quickly and with many apologies. My room was on the third floor -- but I could still hear the screaming kids! The pool is in an open area in the center of the hotel so the noise echoes throughout the whole building.
The bed was hard and only had one sheet and a very thin plasticky coverlet. The pillow were nice.
The room had no drinking water, nor was there any agua pura in the lobby. There is an OXXO just a few steps away so be prepared to buy all your drinking water.
The shower was spacious but couldn't keep a steady temperature.
The towels were scratchy and there was no hand towel.
STAIRS! This hotel is not mobility-friendly. There is a big set of stairs even to reach the lobby and more stairs throughout.
There are better (and cheaper) hotels nearby so skip this one unless you have kids that need a pool to play in.
