雖然舊了，但還是值得推薦
電視太老舊，畫質非常差，每台大小聲差很多，是最不滿意的地方。 房間備有玻璃水瓶可自行到該樓層的飲水機裝水，節省寶特瓶的環保作為很棒，自備盥洗用具而獲得便利商店購物金回饋也很棒。 交誼廳免費供應咖啡和小餅乾，健身房器材大約有六七項，洗衣機和烘衣機不少台（好像是免費的），都蠻不錯～

A nice hotel
We booked a suite on the Premier floor, The room is spacious, very clean and comfy, The hotel offers complimentary sparkling water, that was a nice surprise. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, we are very happy with everything.

Property was close to TPE. All staff were nice and speaks English. Welcome apples were a nice touch. Unfortunately, room had seen better days. Carpet was old and needs to be replaced. Closets had musky smell. Beds can be made softer and sheets could use a replacement.

Good size family room. Decent accomodation and near shops and restaurants. Near Taoyuan station which is 30 minutes train ride to Taipei station which we have figured out. Much cheaper and fastest way rather than getting a taxi. Staff are very nice Dennis Jeffrey Eric and Abbie

We got the family room which is good for 4 adults even 6 if you have 2 additional toddlers would fit in the room. It was spacious. We only stayed overnight transiting to Sapporo. The hotel staff arranged for our early morning taxi ride.

Not sure if I will come back to this hotel!
The surrounding was the only positive item I have to mention. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping in the area. The hotel itself is kind of a disappointment. Interior is kind of outdated and not cleaned enough. Service is so so. Really there is nothing attractive within!

Located close to train station and easy taxi ride to airport. Could hear my neighbors talking in the next room - but they were silent after midnight. Beds are definitely a little harder than my body is used too.

This place was very nice. The person at the counter spoke English very well and check in was very easy. The lobby was really fancy and the elevators were really nice. The room was very clean and everything worked good.

Will be our first choice in Taoyuen.
Best guest service I have ever seen. Big free self help laundry room even providing laundry powder. Free happy hour drink and snack weekdays. VIP guest lounge on the top floor provides not only lovely views of the city but also FREE unlimited biscuits, tea and cappuccino, computer and printer uses. The big gym next door also provides the view! After a long journey for over 14 hours, I was so grateful that I could get into the room early. I had booked for one night but ended up staying for 3. All staff members were very polite and helpful during our stay.
