「Excellent stay at this newly renovated hotel. Less than a km walk to the dunes from the property (it’s at the edge). You can get a great sunrise view from the hotel front entrance and the terrace plus swimming pool area. Staff were super nice and always received us with smile. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Riad/hotel like experience instead of a tent within the desert . 」

「All stars. We were well taken care of by staff. The tents are very comfortable and clean. Delicious dinner. There is a transportation fee to get from the free parking to the camp, but it is reasonable and worth the experience.」

「2 night stay but could easily have stayed for longer. An amazing experience and one we won't forget. From the welcoming communications in advance of our trip to when we arrived, the staff were wonderful. The host Abdelhadi was very warm and welcoming and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The camp is set up in a traditional style and looks fabulous. The tents are comfortable and have everything you need, decorated tastefully and as is the whole camp....

「Internet was unreliable but youre in the desert and supposed to be ~being in the moment and appreciating nature so wasnt a big deal. Food was great for me but im not too picky. Boss (sorry forgot his name) was accommodating and very communicative. the Mohammeds were always checking in on us to make sure everything was good. There was a night of singing and dancing (awesome voices) and we did the tours: Ali with the desert tour is so kind and Hassan with the camels is lovely and so passionate...

「It’s close to erg chebbi so you can see sunset there. We got a free room upgrade which is spacious and with good hot shower. Good to have free pickup to hotel from bus station tour prices quoted by the hotel is expensive. In the end we booked something outside and hotel personnel was apparently upset by this and didn’t provide us with free drop off from hotel to bus station.」

They arranged our tour to the desert after a simple mention and they were very very flexible with our needs and wants. We felt very at home here. The staff is very kind/caring. The rooms were spectacular and the beds comfortable. The food provided was amazing. Service was phenomenal and it felt more like staying with friends than commercialized interaction.
