A very warm welcome when we checked in. Very useful explanations. Good recommendations for attractions and restaurants. The beach is quite rocky and difficult to swing in front, even with water shows. We went to neighbor beach for easier access. Breakfast good too. Overall very a very good hotel

First they tried to give as a massive “ downgrade” ( room without real window ) - after showing the booking this was fixed, but without any apologies. On the other hand staff was very enthusiastic and helpful regarding the surrounding/ restaurants and tours.

Absolutely wonderful place. The staff were some of the nicest, kindest people. Always responsive with a smile. Place had amazing views from the patio. The only issue we had was that we were only there for two days.

Good location for Taormina visiting, excellent and plentiful breakfast, nice staff, cleanliness, it seems odd to pay an extra parking fee in the property which has relativen high prices, anyway recommended.

Super noisy, could hear every conversation in the hallway and whoever is on the balcony. AC was weak and could not cool the room appropriately. Walking to the lift car is a little dangerous but do-able. Hotel was clean overall.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The staff were phenomenal, friendly and helpful. In fact, a sweet server from breakfast had a touching farewell hug with my wife when we left as we had connected with her during our stay. During our 3 week trip, we stayed at multiple locations, while our best sleeps were at this hotel. Breakfast had great assortment, very fresh and delicious. Rooms super clean, modern and bathroom was the same. Paid parking onsite with free option on road. Youll want to drive to restaurants since the road is narrow and hilly making it a bit dangerous to walk from the hotel. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t really disappointed, but the description and photos for this place were misleading, and it was not what I expected. There is no direct beach access. The walls and ceilings are very thin, so you could hear everyone coming and going, chairs scraping, doors squeaking, etc. Also, there is no restaurant on site, no room service, and no laundry facilities. The train passes by several times a day and it is loud. However, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and it was easy to get transported to where we wanted to go. Short walk to eateries and the Taormina cable car. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the garden is pretty.

Best stay on our Italy trip

Our stay here was amazing! I wish we could give it 10 out of 5 stars. We landed in Palermo and did not like the hotel we originally booked. We were able to book at hotel baia delle sirene last minute. From the very beginning the front desk, Giusy, was very helpful! We were scheduled to arrive at 2am but the front desk closed around 10pm. Giusy assured us that it wouldn’t be an issue and after making the very long trip we arrived and the room was ready for us! Spacious shower and bathroom and comfy beds! In the morning we proceeded to “check in” and Giusy helped us once again. She mentioned several nice places and beaches to visit which we did and had a great time. After staying two nights we were on the move again and headed to a beach not far from the hotel before checking into our next one. They called us shortly after checking out to notify us that we left a necklace behind and offered to ship it to us. Since we were in the area we decided to go back for it immediately since it was a special personal item and fairly expensive. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend staying here. If we ever decide to visit Sicily in the future we know where to stay for a fun and relaxing, safe experience. Thanks again Giusy!!!

I booked their Suite. Shower floor was dirty and shower pressure was almost non existent on the hot side. Safe did not work even after they re-set it. I requested they repair the shower twice, but they did not. No beach. Dangerous walk to center area and Parking lot, as there are no sidewalks. They require an additional fee to park which is ridicules considering the only parking lot available is more than a 1/2 Km away. They run out of food for breakfast and only replace the trays after you complain. Avoid this hotel !!!!

Unforgettable stay

We had one of the best stays ever at this hotel. It was an amazing experience from the arrival, where we were greeted by the lovely Luana, she checked us in and briefly explained everything. We arrived earlier and were allowed to leave the lugguages in reception and make the most of the day at the lido just a 100 yards walk from reception. The gardens were beautiful and the private access to the beach was amazing. Lunch choices at the lido and the quality of the food was top notch. We had a sea view room that was very well furnished, with an extremely comfy bed and a modern shower. The hotel is literally 3 minutes walk from one of the main car parks where you can either get a bus to go to Taormina Centro or take the cable Car. 5 minutes walk further you can find Isola Bella, which is again breathtaking. The hotel itself is above a beautiful and quiet bay, where you can watch the sun rising , and the sea is crystal clear. The breakfast was of great quality too and with the opportunity to start the day on a terrace with breathtaking views. Support was also at the ready to arrange some excursions or provide great advise on local restaurants. 5 stars all around, from a Sicilian - Polish couple

Think carefully before you book!

Formerly a very nice hotel but has gotten quite rundown and need a renovation. IMPORTANT INFO: the hotel is just by the railway tracks and the insolation is not enough to keep the noice out. The trains run from 6.00-23.00. The drains were completely clogged upon check-in. To get to Taormina-tram you need to walk up a road which was not made for pedestrians. The staff at the hotel are nice and the view was incredible but sadly the shortcomings don’t make up for it.

Terrible Customer Service, Avoid!

The service at this hotel was frankly awful. I contacted them prior to my stay to enquire about parking at the property, to which they replied that there was no parking, and we would need to park at one of the 2 car parks in town. Both car parks were a 45 minute walk away, down 300 steps. Once we arrived at the hotel, there was a car park outside. They had the audacity to ask if we would like to park there for €15. We were absolutely furious. Really poor service. They also neglected to inform us the cable car was out of action, so walking was our only option. The hotel was reasonably clean I guess, but very dated, and the air con doesn't work.

Le personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. malheureusement il y a un énorme problème d’humidité dans les chambres. Nous avons changé trois fois car l’air y était irrespirable. Le petit déjeuner est très complet, bonne literie. Très belle vue de l’hôtel sur la mer et un accès direct à la plage. Gros bémol : l’hôtel est à 20m de la voie ferrée donc beaucoup de bruit aux passages des trains. Par contre, je ne recommanderai pas l’hôtel aux couple avec enfants car pour aller en ville c est très dangereux il n’y a pas de trottoir et il faut longer véritablement la voie nationale à pied avec les voitures et camions qui vous frôlent. Merci toutefois encore à la réceptionniste qui a fait de son mieux pour nous changer de chambre à chaque fois
