Amazing view
The location is good, very close to the beach and the cable car to the city center. The room was comfortable with an amazing view. The bathroom needs some renovation, but it's not bad. Breakfast was ok.

The hitel is well located across from the beach and steps away from funicular.Breakfast was typical Italian with lots of choices.Great value and i would go back

Views are excellent if you staying on the rooms facing the sea. highest floors are the best. Solarium on the roof is nice. Parking is located behind the hotel and to get there you must drive on very narrow (and dangerous) back road. Only for the experienced drivers on smaller car...

The view was breathtaking and enjoyed looking at it every day. The housekeeping staff were excellent at cleaning our room and very friendly. The breakfast was excellent except for the cold scrambled eggs. The shower was small, my husband found it challenging. The internet only worked half the time we were there. There was no kettle for making coffee in the room.. There was no hot water after 12.30 pm at night to have a shower .

This hotel is all about location. Situated in an amazing cove next to solo bella and next door to the cable car up to the town of taormina. hotel is tidy and clean and has private park around the back for €9 per day.

Great hotel in fantastic location. Could use Lido opposite for fee of €25 or 5 minute walk to free beach. Close to cable xar to Taormina €6 return. Great for access to main roads eithout being too close & a visit to Mount Etna is a must. Bus tour office close to hotel but we decide to go ourselves. Good variety of bars & restaurants close by. Staff are very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty if choice. No complaints at all.

This hotel is by the waterfront. It has its own beach area. The terrace provides a nice view. A gondola lift would take you up to the old town. And the gondola station is right around the block. Our room was quite compact but functional.

Location, Location, Location! Nice hotel with wonderful view of the bay of Mazzaro. Very close to cable car to Taormina. Restaurants nearby. Little convenience store right next to hotel.

Did not stay there because our booking was cancelled by yourselves or the hotel and arrived to find our confirmed booking by Expedia was not available. Not what you want when celebrating a 70 th birthday!! Still waiting for an explanation from Expedia.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Location was perfect. Found free parking right in front. The view from the hotel was amazing and right in front of Massaro beach. We accessed the beach by going across the street and down a flight of stairs immersed in green and flowers. The cableway to go to Taormina town was right next door and Isola Bella a five-minute walk. A grocery store and farmacy next door. Lovely inside hotel lobby, bar and a spectacular terrace overlooking the beach. Very nice breakfast and restaurant. Friendly staff. Very reasonably priced for July. Perfect location and will definitely return.

Overall the staff were great. We were given a room upgrade but unfortunately the aircon wasn’t working so it was a little hot but the view was great. Breakfast wasn’t anything to jump around about

Beautiful hotel with sea view and good location

This hotel is not multilingual like they have listed in the description. If you speak Italian you’ll be fine. If you speak English it is like pulling teeth to talk to the staff. However, in the city center of Taormina there is more multilingualism and more to do. Also, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone to go in the Spring, Fall or Winter. Every restaurant and tourist attraction in the vicinity is closed! The rooms are not warm enough or have sufficient blankets. Pros: Nice view, hot water.

Very small, cramped rooms with damp smell
We booked a twin room months in advance. Upon arrival we were shown to a room that I can only compare to a dungeon. It had no view at all apart from a brick wall and a very overgrown bush. It smelt strongly of damp and on closer observation the walls were moist with peeling paint. We complained and asked to be moved and the only available room was an extremely small double which backed on to another brick wall. It was the tiniest room imaginable with no character whatsoever. No other rooms were available. We were extremely disappointed with the hotel because it had looked so nice on the website. The pictures are nothing like the hotel itself. You only get a balcony or a decent view if you pay for an upgrade we were informed we would not get these as we had only booked a standard room. We were booked in for 4 nights and only stayed 1. Luckily we found alternative accommodation close by and stayed there instead which turned out to be cheaper. This hotel is over-priced, with unwelcoming rooms. Do not stay here!

Good base for exploring
Booked this hotel for our honeymoon. We were a bit disappointed when we got there with the size of the room as we had a superior double, and some of the pictures we'd seen were of rooms with larger balconies and paying for the most expensive room advertised we thought we'd get that but ours was very small. When I queried whether we were in the right kind of room with the receptionist she didn't speak enough English to understand what I was asking or explain what type of rooms the others were. The room we had was fine, just smaller than we expected- if you see the pictures of the balconies with sun loungers on don't expect to get one of those! Hotel is in a good spot by the cable car station, and has parking - it was a good base to go exploring. A couple of small things would improve the rooms - a shelf or stool in the bathroom to put things on, and two glasses rather than disposable plastic beakers.
