This hotel is not multilingual like they have listed in the description. If you speak Italian you’ll be fine. If you speak English it is like pulling teeth to talk to the staff. However, in the city center of Taormina there is more multilingualism and more to do. Also, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone to go in the Spring, Fall or Winter. Every restaurant and tourist attraction in the vicinity is closed! The rooms are not warm enough or have sufficient blankets.
Pros: Nice view, hot water.
