「Dishes were in the dishwasher dirty when we checked. 」

「Room was very nice. Clean. Some broken light bulbs in the bathroom. I wasn't able to get the TV connected to the internet. The environment was very noisy. Nice neighborhood though. Great location. Unfortunately the noise was a real bummer. I didn't sleep as long as I would have liked to.」

The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. Although the staff at the hotel were polite, they did not appear to fully understand or clearly explain the policies themselves. 「I did not like that the refrigerator was broke, the bathroom sink did not drain, the bedroom door knob was broken, and the living room was full of ants. The bell cart had a flat so you couldn’t use it. This place was too expensive to have all of these issues」

「This property is overvalued for the experience it offers guests. 1. Check-out time at 10:00 AM is extremely inconvenient. 2. The bathroom sink was small without room to place toiletries. 3. The furniture on the seating living room needs a much needed upgrade both chairs and the couch. Will never consider booking with this business again. Thanks!」
