「The property is very good..staff is exceptional...so no issues there The big issue for us was our room was a family room next to railway tracks, so essentially no sleep for 2 days as the trains honk right near our window all night ..they need soundproofing...」

What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. 「None of the basic complimentary items were provided and when enquired they mentioned that there is a high demand and supply issue and hence could not provide any of those. Though the staff explained the situation as a chain of hotels and management its staff responsibility that these things are taken care up front. Also their standard check in time is 1pm and checkout time is 11am. Despite of what ever time we check in the checkout is next day at 11am. This is a big negative side of booking...
