「Clean and well maintained property. Staff's were helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good. Property is next to train track, doesnt seem like a track that has super heavy train traffic. But still will have a train pass here and there at night. If the hotel is hosting a party on weekends it does get very loud until 10:30pm.」

「It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.」

「This property feels more like a basic lodge and does not meet the standards of a three-star hotel. Cleanliness is below expectations, and overall maintenance is poor. The air conditioning is centrally preset with no option to adjust the temperature, making the room uncomfortably hot despite being advertised as air-conditioned. It is definitely not suitable for families. I only stayed here for one night as a stopover during a drive. Overall, the experience was disappointing.」
