The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. 「None of the basic complimentary items were provided and when enquired they mentioned that there is a high demand and supply issue and hence could not provide any of those. Though the staff explained the situation as a chain of hotels and management its staff responsibility that these things are taken care up front. Also their standard check in time is 1pm and checkout time is 11am. Despite of what ever time we check in the checkout is next day at 11am. This is a big negative side of booking...
