Cons:
Not a lot of sit down dining options near by. The deck area in the unit both front and back are in need of tlc. The ac system is convaluted. Mattresses could be better. Nice that they offered a pellet grill and bbq but the pellet grill is disgusting. Outdoor area needs a good cleaning. There is enough space for king mattresses, queens were tiny. Stove is a cooktop and takes longer than normal to boil water. The pool is basic and closes very early.
Pros:
All appliances are new and in great shape. Adjustable base bed in one room. Decent wifi for gaming. All tvs are new. Unit looks very close to like in its photos.
