「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. 「差到不得了，污糟，屋內窗簾布遮掩唔到，屋外可以看到屋內，冇私隱，晚上10點開始樓下餐廳，坐滿人，超嘈嘈到半夜兩點先安靜到，隔音差到不得了，冇洗頭水，沐浴露，洗潔精，供應全部要自己買。。。。不會建議入住 。」
