"Beautiful place to stay. Lovely historic building close to terrific views of the canyon. A bit challenging to find parking. I'd requested a street level room due to difficulties navigating stairs. We were given a basement room (which was ground level to the rear of the building, not the level of the main desk, parking lot and restaurant). So we ended up having to use the stairs anyway."

"The toilet ran loudly all night. There was a pocket door in our room that stuck and was difficult. The maid woke us up but knocking on our door randomly for no reason. We had paid for breakfast at the hotel and then they said it wasn't part of our package. So very upsetting stay."

"Room was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable and location was quiet. Plenty of food options in the area but prices are a little high but plenty of options to choose from in the area. Actually got to see some Elk in the area one evening which was a bonus. Only complaint about the room is that the bathroom was a little tight and no counter space in the bathroom. With as spacious as the room was, they could have designed the bathroom with a little more room but the overall experience was great."
