The place was clean and well maintained, staff was courteous and the breakfast options were nice. Nice gym area as well, some more dumbbells would have been appreciated though

It's a widely open, calm and clean area. Well designed near the airport. Hopefully, other facilities or shops and taxis services would be available in the near future. The restaurant services (Chinese food portion we tried) is very excellent, best one we ever had during the "Silk Trade Trip".

Hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to drum tower, bell tower and Metro station. Room was clean and spacious. The receptionist and all staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful.
There is a travel desk at the ground floor and able to make last min tour arrangement.
There are a few restaurant along the street in front of the hotel.
Only negative point is the room seem a bit dated but the location and staff more than make up for it.
Highly recommended hotel for 1st time traveller to Xi'An.
