Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very disappointed they tried to scam and they lied to us, aircorn NOT working in the whole of the hotel. They tell you im going to up grade your room because the aircorn of your room is broken which later they admitted that the aircorn of the hotel is broken in every single room. Even the tv chanel doesn't work and fridge also.

La habitación era amplia y ofrecía unas bonitas vistas al mar, y el personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia. Sin embargo, el hotel no cumple con lo que se espera de un establecimiento de cuatro estrellas. Durante los cinco días de nuestra estancia hubo falta de toallas, y tuvimos que bajar en varias ocasiones a recepción para conseguirlas. El desayuno fue muy sencillo y repetitivo, y el estado de limpieza de las sábanas era bastante normal, sin destacar especialmente.
