채석강이 가까웠고, 주변 음식점 접근성도 좋았음. 다만 좌우로 긴 건물인데 엘리베이터는 중앙부에만 있어서 건물 내 이동거리가 길었음. 그래도 엘리베이터 속도가 빨라서 체증은 없었음.
