Very friendly staff. The pool was clean as well as all common areas and the room was pretty big for 3 people. If I visit Tampico again, I will choose to stay there.

Es recomendable en comparación previo - calidad. Solo hay que considerar que el clima es muy ruidoso. Si enfría pero hace mucho ruido aún en nivel bajo. El estacionamiento se llena y si ya llegas de noche se llevan a otro estacionamiento a adjunto su vehículo. La limpieza la hacen hasta la tarde. No por la mañana. Eso complica un poco Los recepcionistas de día son algo mal encarados. Los de tarde súper buena atención. Pero tiene mucho más ventajas que desventajas.

En general las condiciones del hotel son buenas, está lejos de la playa pero la zona en la que se encuentra es muy buena, la atención del personal de servicio es excelente, la alberca está bien cuidada, el restaurante está muy bien y la comida es muy buena. Las condiciones de las habitaciones en general es bueno también. Sólo tengo 2 comentarios de mejora: 1. Noté muy desorganizadas a las recepcionistas al momento de hacer el check in, habíamos como 50 personas esperando ha hacer el registro, les pregunté si me tenía que anotar en una lista para que me fueran llamando en orden y me dijeron que no era necesario, pero al momento de empezar a entregar habitaciones se les hizo un borlote porque obviamente no se acordaban de vista quién había llegado primero, la gente no estaba formada en filas, yo llegué 2.50pm y me dieron mi habitación a las 3.15, pero habían personas desde las 11am esperando hab. Una de las chicas se veía nueva y sin caracter para tomar decisiones y resolver. 2. La regadera tenía cabellos en la coladera, obviamente de otra persona, lo que me indica que no la asearon bien. Por lo demás, todo okay.

Lo único bueno es que tiene buena ubicación de ahí en fuera terrible, el aire acondicionado no tenía para regular la temperatura estaba muy frío, no dormimos del frío que teníamos, cuando llegamos al cuarto olía horrible a drenaje, ya cuando nos íbamos a acostar no tenían sabanas lás camas solo había la de cajón y 1 colcha y ya para rematar amanecimos con muchas ronchas como que había chinches, ácaros o no se que, ya lo de más fue que la tv de 32" no se veía los canales, el teléfono no servia para comunicarme a recepción, se que el hotel es viejo pero le tienen que dar el mantenimiento que se debe, el baño estaba feo le faltaba azulejos al lavabo. Etc. Etc. Etc
