The rooms are furnished sparkly to the point where the room echoed. The doors are very thin and every noise in the hall way comes through.

EL HOTEL NO CUENTA CON MAQUINA DE HIELO EN NINGUN PISO, EL AGUA DE LA REGADERA Y LAVABO SALE ARDIENDO, LO CUAL ES PELIGROSO PARA UN MENOR DE EDAD. EL SERVICIO DEL RESTAURANTE QUE ESTA EN EL CLUB DE PLAYA ES MUY MALO, NO PONEN ATENCION EN LOS COMENSALES DE ADENTRO, SOLO LOS QUE ESTAN EN EL AREA DE ALBERCA. I've stayed in different ones in Tampico and to be honest this was the most expensive and offers less amenities as other. No free coffee or anything, plus they didn't let me have a small cookout in premises because they have a restaurant and they told me I had to purchase from there and cannot bring outside drinks or food. I was celebrating my birthday and honestly I will never stay at this hotel at all. City express and gamma hotels are way better

Las mejores jaibas rellenas, bastante buena la cocina. El manejo del crédito , cuando se deja boucher abierto , todos los días fue un problema

Great beach location. They need an elevator for the back building. My parents room had a cigarette smoke smell, but perhaps was my fault because I did not request a Non smoking room. My room was comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. I called in advance because I have some concerns, and the receptionist was very helpful and polite. Thank you, overall, I had a great time in Tampico.

I enjoyed walking the beach in the early morning - by just walking out the hotel and being there. my room was basic, clean and my suite had a fridge and microwave, but no dishes or utensils. I liked the clean room. the pools could have been less murky. The beach ocean view on the fifth floor was lovely. I felt safe and liked the staff. I thought they had the same deal with breakfast included - from my last stay 5 years ago, but no there were no meals included. Basic, clean without finishing touches in other resort areas.

Servicio en área de alberca MALO

Los costos de las cervezas hay hasta 4 veces mas caro de una marca a otra (Michelob Ultra), siendo que esas cervezas en un tienda de conveniencia cuestan lo mismo entre ellas. Pedimos oportunidad de permanecer en las mesas y sillas del área de alberca (sin meterse al agua), en familia, en la noche a disfrutar de un puro, y refrescos, ya que ahí dejan de dar servicio a las 10:30 pm, y el personal de vigilancia fue bastante grosero y descortés, no nos permitió quedarnos, y prácticamente nos corrió. Su comportamiento demerita el buen trato de otros empleados que ahí laboran. Al hacer el check in, el personal del lobby de mala gana hizo la búsqueda de nuestras reservaciones, con nuestras identificaciones y nombres, ya que ellos querían forzosamente que les diéramos el numero de confirmación, argumentando que era muy lento hacerlo sin este (les tomo menos de 1 minuto hacerlo).
