Seriously don’t bother staying anywhere else. I have traveled all over and this hotel was so clean, helpful, kind service, magazine photo shoot quality breakfast buffet layout (breakfast included), sauna on 8th floor, whole place was fantastic. Parking cost extra but was right under the hotel. Paid a little extra by choice for late checkout. Walked to dinner at great Nepali place, walked to the Metso library, had a great time. Even saw a long eared long legged wild rabbit run through town.

Love this hotel!

Beautiful room and common areas. Dinner was excellent, great breakfast. Staff were very attentive. The rooftop sauna with city views was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Sami music playing in my room really when I arrived set the tone as did the pine scented soaps.

A decent place to stay overnight.

Nothing to complain about. A decent place to stay overnight. The hotel room was modest. I would have appreciated at least a minibar and a safe, but the room was clean and a good enough place to sleep, though nothing more than just a place to sleep. However, the customer service was really nice—perhaps smoother, friendlier, and better than the average Finnish service, so big points for that. The lobby area, small restaurant, and bar were pleasant in design, and the food was fine, not luxurious, but good and cozy for a hotel restaurant. The breakfast was clearly above Finnish average. The hotel's location is good and really close to the city center, though a bit tucked away. I can recommend it if you're on a business trip or want something relatively affordable and peaceful in Tampere near the center, and the nightlife spots aren’t far either. The hotel itself isn't luxurious, but there's really nothing to complain about.

Great stay in great location

Great stay. I visited during the hot summer weeks. The air conditioner wasn’t the strongest but everything else was amazing. The breakfast was great as well.

You would be mad to stay elsewhere

I've stayed at all the hotels in Tampere, this one is worth paying extra for. Highly highly recommended.

Drinking classes in the room were dirty. There was something sticky on the other and other had marks on the brim. There was some dripping stains in the wall under the window, maybe from washing windows, but still. Overall condition and look didn't quite match the pictures on the hotels site. Customer service was really good and breakfast was amazing.

Pretty looks over practicality

Overall a very pleasant stay, as I've had in other Lapland Hotels. The theme is included everywhere which I like. But. I paid extra for a room with a separate tub and it was the smallest and most inconveniently located tubs I've ever had in a hotel. Could not place stuff on the sides (like a wine class) and a bigger person would not fit in it. Ended up not using it. Also, the sliding, glass bathroom doors are there only to block the view. No soundproofing at all, and thus no privacy either. For this reason alone, would not stay here again unless sure I'll be alone. You also could not control the temperature in the room, only the effectiveness of the AC.

Sijainti on loistava, katutason aulabaarissa elävät kynttilät tunnelmaa luomassa, lappilainen miljöö. Ainakin 2 hh 403 oli tosi pieni eikä näkymä sisäpihallekaan ollut erikoinen. Jääkaappia ei ollut vaikka sille oli paikka vaatekaapissa. Kylppäri oli tosi kiva sadesuihkuineen, ihanantuoksuisine hygieniatuotteineen ja valaistusvaihtoehtoineen ( 3 erilaista ). Mattalasinen, jotenkin löysä, huonosti sulkeutuva liukuovi ihan sängyn vieressä ei ollut hyvä ratkaisu. Aamiainen oli erinomainen eikä ihan tavanomainen. Kaikki tarjottavat oli tehty hyvistä tuoreista raaka- aineista vähän lappilaisella twistillä kauniisti esillepantuina. Kokki teki omeletteja pyynnöstä ja tarjoilija toi meille kahvikannun tykötarpeineen heti istuuduttuamme pöytään. Hyväntuulista ja kohteliasta salihenkilökuntaa näytti olevan riittävästi pitämään pöydät siistinä. Tunnelma aamiaishuoneessa oli rauhallinen vaikka hotelli oli loppuunmyyty.

Mukava hotelli keskeisellä mutta silti rauhallisella sijainnilla. Aamiainen taattua Lapland-laatua. Huoneet siistit. Saunaosasto hieman kulunut ja pieni, mutta toimiva. Mukava asiakaspalvelu. Hinnaltaan hieman kallis verrattuna enemmän keskustassa oleviin mutta yhtä tasokkaisiin hotelleihin.

1 parhaimmista hotelli ketjuista jossa olen ollut. Aamiainen pieni mutta riittävä ja hyvistä raaka aineista tehty. Huoneet siistejä ja sängyt mukavia. Aamupalalla aina tervehditään ja kysytään haluatko kahvia vai teetä, sitten tuodaan pöytään.
