It was difficult to approch as the pathway leading to the hotel was under construction. Th hotel is nice and comfortable but during my stay of 2 days, I could find the reception only once. Also the breakfast too was unmanned and very basic. Could be made more interesting.

Nice hotel!

Great self-serviced hotel right by the trainstation in Tampere. Had a big room with a balcony. Decent breakfast with basics. Lovely bed and no noise. I am very satisfied.

Nice and affordable accommodation next to railway station in Tampere. No air conditioning so a bit hot during warm summer days. Showers located in corridors. A bit outdated fournitures, but very clean place and nice basic breakfast!

Location was good, as it is right next to the trainstation. Reception was hardly manned so getting questions answered was very difficult, if you couldn't find staff or called a phone number. Information was also hardly provided during check-in: we had to ask for everything we wanted to know. Rooms are not serviced every day - it has to be requested separately.

there was huge construction going on all round and reaching that cost me Euro 20 and it was 500 meters away. No clear instructions to reach. no code was sent until i asked. It was a HORRIBLE experience and will Not visit citi Inn and expedia as well for doing it this way

Siisteydessä hieman parannettavaa. Tahroja pöydillä ja esim peileissä. Ei kuitenkaan mitään pahaa. Toisesta ulko-ovesta ei päässyt sisään. Viereiset rakennustyöt haittasivat kulkua, mutta ei hotellin vika. Aamupala oli parempi, kuin odotin. Sänky hyvä. Sijainti todella hyvä. Hintalaatusuhde erinomainen.

Huone oli siisti ja sisään- ja uloskirjaus sujui jonottamatta. Aamupala oli hintaluokkaan nähden hyvä. Mainostettua ilmastointia ei kuitenkaan ollut. Huoneen kuvauksessa lukee että iso parisänky mutta ainakin meidän parisänky oli aivan todella pieni ja meillä oli vaikeuksia kahden ihmisen mahtua siihen nukkumaan. Lisätyynyjä löytyi vain yksi ja sekin oli omituinen ja kova. Kiinteistö oli selvästi ollut aiemmin toimistona koska toimistorakenteita näkyi edelleen ja sähköpistokkeita oli aivan joka paikassa. Koska ilmastointia ei ollut ollenkaan niin jouduimme pitämään huoneessa ikkunaa auki ja silloin kuului päivisin viereisen työmaan meteli ja öisin takapihalla oli addikteilla aikamoinen meno. Cheap thrills! Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin todella sydämellistä porukkaa, keittiöstä tarjottiin vastakeitettyä kahvia ja vaikka emme itse kahvia juokaan niin eleenä se oli ihana. Hotellissa oli todella vähän asiakkaita ja mietimme välillä, olemmekohan ainoita. Reseptionissa henkilökuntaa näimme koko 3 päivän loman aikana vain sisäänkirjautuessamme.

Minulla oli yhden hengen huone, joka oli siisti ja valoisa. Se mikä yllätti oli, että en saanut ikkunoita auki ja suihku puuttui wc-tilasta. Henkilökuntaa en nähnyt klo 18.00 jälkeen illalla. Aamiaista oli laittamassa yksi henkilö. Aamiainen oli kattava yöpymisen hintaan nähden.
