They double charged me and wont pay me back it was 2k they charged me twice

My stay was very enjoyable. The house is beautiful inside. The pool is very relaxing. The oven doesn’t work so we had to stove top cook everything and order pizza instead of cooking the food we bought, also the dishwasher doesn’t work. Other than that it was a good time
