The outer appearance of the hotel was not appealing. The smell of the lobby/corridors smelled like mildew. Upon entering the room, the white bedspread was soiled (you could see the dirt). There were holes in the furniture (appear as if items were locked/bolted down before). The carpet in the corridors and rooms need cleaning.

The pitcures posted for this hotel are not of any room at this location. The pool wasnt kept up so the kids couldnt use it. The breakfast is very limited to toast, waffles, and cereal when it was refilled. They had no towels for us to use and was told there wouldnt be any clean until the next day. The man working the front counter was asking for cigarettes and i dont smoke. Just very unprofessional. The pictures are definitely misleading. The area around it isnt too bad but thats about it. Absolutely will not be staying there again.

Their breakfast is limited to bread, cereal and make your own waffle. We had to go down to front desk 2 times because our room key wouldn't work. For some reason, we had paid for our room and the next day they call and say the payment was cancelled, but not by us or our bank. Room was ok except for the level of the tv, needed to be higher, get a kink in your neck trying to watch it laying in bed.

The property has a weird funky smell, everything looks old, the carpet areas as u walk to ur room r dirty, the room itself has a smell, 1 bed cover had a small stain of old dried up blood. The breakfast was not great, bagels were so hard, no jelly for toast, no spoons for cereal n only small plates that r too small to put the waffles on.

Arrived at 3am- Clerk rude AF with limited guest service skills wouldn’t allow check in until 7:00am. I had to have Expedia interveen. Breakfast consisted of white bread, OJ, dry cereal, spoiled milk. I Pool was greenish and not available until noon. guess you get what you pay for.

Dirty room mold around tub Ac unit filthy plaster patches around edge hidden by curtain unit.. dust everywhere, all doors shredded on bottom, furniture scratched, stains on the walls. This was the Deluxe? when checking out another guest was having an argument with clerk. His room was infested with BED BUGS he had photos, The clerk refused tp return his deposit told him to call Whynham, Wyndham told him to speak with the hotel. This is the worse experience I have ever had . I asked the clerk how long have they been a part of Wyndham, he said 3 years, evidently Wyndham never inspects their hotels they represent.

This property is too expensive for what it offers. Rooms very outdated and smelly, they somehow painted the toilet and it was peeling inside I thought for a sec that it wasn’t properly cleaned but it was paint that was peeling off. I thought for a sec I was staying at a red roof

No one answers the front desk I literally called like 10 times and no one answers and the property isn’t all that for a $100 deposit that wasn’t told to me on the website and I been left but they are still holding my money
