The staff was VERY nice and helpful. TV was new so there were some issues that needed to be worked out. Staff was awsome with this. The a/c wasn’t the best. Room was humid and when we got to our destination our cloths were wet from the humidity. Pet fee was a little steep. $25/dog per night. At our next place there was only a $25 fee for both dogs for our entire stay.

First impression pulling up to the hotel was, sketchy. Greeted with a stench of dampness. Front desk was the 2nd poor impression. My stay was paid for and I was asked for a credit card, which I understand is normal, but the communication was poor as I was thinking I was being charged again and had to ask again if they saw my paid reservation. He was cold and unfriendly. Nothing was mentioned about wifi or the "pool". The room was on the 1st floor right next to "housekeeping" laundry room. Unsightly and lots of foot traffic. Upon room entry, it wasn't horrible but definitely not worth the $179 being charged per night. The floors were lifting and multiple times I tripped because of this. Noise is an understatement. Congregations of people hanging out in the hall at all hours with zero regard for other guests. no rugs = tremendous noise from above. The police were there several times and the last straw was a fire alarm going off. I paid for 3 nights and left at 1am on my second day as I felt unsafe in this environment. Front desk girl was NASTY and and unhelpful. When I called to discuss getting a refund for the 3rd night, i was met with total disregard for the events and condition of the stay. As a long standing Expedia customer who has stayed all over the world, this hotel is the WORST I have ever experienced. I was able to get $77 back (from Expedia not the hotel) of the $390.99 I paid and honestly, I deserved all $390.99 as this hotel is poorly represented on Expedia.

A decent value. An older building that is pretty well maintained. When they mention Breakfast on Weekdays is from 6-9am. They mean it! Even the Coffee is pulled at 9:02am. Older, loud air conditioning in the room.

First night here & it's quiet. Parking gets a little full but parking was ok. The hotel is dated but clean & quiet & the rooms are inside instead of outside & I always like that. Besides just being an older bldg, it's ok. Price is a bit high for it to be an older hotel but yet it's still cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area. Convenience is wonderful. 5 mins from Brandon Mall where there are plenty of places to dine & do a little shopping.

I was in room 208 for three nights, just so happened 5 room next to me had two pitbulls, 4 kids and the loudest family I've ever heard. I was woke up every morning at 530 because the dogs and the kids were up till 12 being very inconsiderate. I went to the desk to request a new room because it was an inconvenience to say the least.
