The elevators were out of service, went to get our room and couldn’t get into the to room so waited for another half hour to find room on one floor higher ….late at night from travelling was not impressed that we were not notified ahead of elevators not working, we’re not really given an option by that time. Was helped up with bags to 3rd floor with baggage though, which was appreciated. When asked for some compensation was told to wait for manager to approve and of course was not available to us before our departure time for our cruise. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable!
