Robo en la habitación
Sufrí un robo en la habitación cuando fui a desayunar un personal ingresó a la habitación y sustrajo 200 soles de mi billetera. El personal de front desk no creía dicha información hasta que revisamos las cámaras de seguridad y salió la imagen. Lamentable situación, todo estaba ok hasta ese inconveniente y no pude realizar ninguna denuncia porque debía estar en el aeropuerto a tiempo. El personal solo procedió a descontar los 200 soles de mi estadía y dijo que tomaría cartas en el asunto con su personal pero nada más.

Good overnight stay.
Nice clean spacious room with pool downstairs. Staff helpful and not bad location for eating out. There was no lift contrary to what is stated in the publicity and no hot water
