Staff were friendly and helpful - spoke Japanese to them and they replied in Japanese (unlike others who want to try practicing their English with foreigners).
Within walking distance to Dōtonbori and Amemura, but itself situated on a quieter road. Easy to get to train stations nearby.
Bed had a comfy mattress. Free refills of tea and coffee left in our room every day.
The room itself was a bit cramped though, with no space under the bed to store luggage.

Excellent location! Subway is just downstairs, supermarket is right outside, konbini nearby and jus few minutes walke from Dotonbori! Staffs are friendly too :)

"周辺の観光等での利用としては立地は良いと思います。 布団の中綿がどこからか出てくる事と部屋の清掃が連泊で3日に1度の為、2泊した結果部屋の至る所に綿が落ちている状態だった。 また、リモコンの ベタつきが気になったので、リモコンとテーブル上等はウェットティッシュにて清掃しないと触れたくないレベルでした。 連泊時のゴミが貯まったらエレベーター横のゴミ箱に捨てる説明があったが【普通ゴミ】【ビン・カン】【タオル・部屋着】の3種類の為、ペットボトルはどこに？な感じでした。（フロントマンに確認するとロビー入口の自販機のゴミ箱でとの事でした。） ..."
