2/10 Terrible

"Place is filthy and also a welfare housing establishment. Drug use and smell throughout the property. Had to change room once due to tub not draining and toilet seat not attached to the toilet. I would have changed rooms again but nothing there worth changing to. If I had more time I would have demanded a refund and moved locations. Room gave us headaches from the smell of mold and dust. Door lock was exposed on the inside with live wires just hanging from the door handle. Old towels crusted to the top of the bathroom shelf. Please remove this facility from your web site, this place has me questioning if I should even use Expedia."

"You will never post this so it really becomes a waste of time...first room I was given possible had other people in it .then my room was switched to the other side of building 2nd room had a water issue and damaged the floors from it seems the draining of the hot tub...the 3rd room ended up being the first room I was to be given with other tenants using it...that hot tub was extremely had to enter and enjoy...breakfast room extremely hot to be in..the pool wasn't really available but was later Saturday and possibly Sunday but I left anyways...I have stayed in this hotel 20 years ago and also nearly 40 years ago...it really needed more then paint and beds...it needs more of modern look..someone may soon be hurt on steps going into tubs...and it really needs house keeping to spray more cover for the really old carpet...sorry but it's time to really understand the age of this place and I may never stay again at this location..glad to see the owner put money into the new restaurant "Jack in the Box" now do the hotel...they also. CHARGED me a deposit of 100 bucks..and gave excuses of pet and smoking as the reason...I don't smoke nor did I have a dog on this travel...but I asked for a letter of water damage from drain issue and was denied 1 by the front desk..He said I had his word..well they also have video cameras there..so..Best not be and issues with a full refund of deposit and possible the issue with first and second room..guess I will wait to hear back"

"I checked in that evening, stored my luggage and went out for dinner and was back in my room late. My bedsheets were unchanged from the previous stay. They were stained with feces and other bodily fluids. It was late. I stripped the bed and slept on top of the bedspread. The next morning I complained to the front desk. There was no other room available so I agreed to leave and let them do a deep cleaning. There was no offer to compensate me for my discomfort and I would have to talk to the manager about it on Monday. Monday came and I had to get the manager myself. There was no pass down to notify him. Again, no offer to address the situation without prompting. This time another manager has to make the decision. Tuesday morning, new manager, no contact, no pass down, and no offer for addressing the situation. I ask for resolution and notification of same for when I return that evening so I know the situation before check out the next morning. No message waiting and when I check out the first manager is there, has to call the second, and only offers a 15% discount on the first night because I used Hotels.com"

"I didn't realize they were in the middle of a renovation. However, there was no noise and it was a very busy place with people staying there. Entry way was covered with rungs, but under it, the ceramic stone was crushed from all the work. I know it was a very nice looking hotel for years! I am positive after the remodel, head to toe, it will be elegant again!"
