Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room. An excellent hotel. Superb breakfast. Lovely staff. The gym was well equipped. The location is a real plus - with the Pavilion and the Twin Towers being walkable. Construction workers outside the hotel made the outside dirty.
