"The Hollywood Twin room was clean, but a little too small for two people to comfortably live and get dressed. Lots of squeezing past one another in the mornings. Unfortunately, the mattress was super hard and firm. Very uncomfortable for any non-Japanese sleepers. The breakfast was good with a few Western selections. I would stay at the hotel again, but select a much larger room if needing to book for two people."

Pros: Fresh light decor Ambient lighting Spacious Coffee/tea making facility Very good pillows Breakfast simple but well made Attractive dining room, soothing atmosphere with light decor and lovely lighting, glass from ceiling to floor, looking out to terrace with potted plants, trees and flowers Cons: We had to change one of them because of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but this was dealt with quickly by the courteous staff. More choice and fresh fruit at breakfast would be welcome. I’ve stayed at many hotels for work and leisure, and this is a very good one which I’d choose again, but I’d say it’s quite expensive for what it is - I suspect these prices reflect the lack of competition in the local area, which by the way is quite affluent and residential."

"Even though I booked online, there was some confusion over my reservation and I was asked to provider details on a hotel tablet the I had already provided when I made the reservation. Soon after checkin my friend joined me for a small afternoon snack We had two draught beers, shared one bottle of beer and a small dish of banya kouda. The price was absolutely ridiculous at over 10,000 yen. The breakfast at 1,500 yen was both reasonable and delicious"
