「I had a great stay here. The room was very clean and housekeeping came every day. The front desk staff were very helpful — they even delivered my food orders directly to my room. 「The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool.
