We loved our stay at Lavender Central! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was decorated the bed beautifully with towel swans and roses for our anniversary.Amenities provided everyday included two bottles of water and for the bathroom—shampoo, body wash, q tips, razor, shower cap, and toothbrushes. House keeping promptly clean our rooms every morning. The room was very quiet—couldn’t believe we were in the midst of the bustling Old Quarter at bedtime. We only took advantage of the breakfast the last morning and it was delicious. The hotel was located perfectly for walking around and seeing many things Hanoi has to offer. Perfect stay for a couple!

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again
