「This was the perfect location in Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere. The property itself is over 600 years old so the ancient walls, wooden beams and other unique features were a delight. 「It was a brand-new hotel, so everything was clean and new. Stuff were were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is good which is around 10 minutes walk from Helsinki ferry terminal. Hotel is 5-8 minute walk to historic old town of Tallinn.」

「The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience.」

Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice ist super, die Koordination mit dem vor-ort-team dagegen dann eher suboptimal. Am meisten zu bemängeln ist die Hygiene des Apartments. 「This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.」
