"The accommodations were wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Every room has a creek view which it lite beautifully at night. Clean rooms. Bathroom area newly redone. We will be returning. A full length mirror would be helpful as well as a small table for the balcony. But please do not consider that a negative. We were very pleased. Also bonus that it is located just outside or past the main stripe and quiet. "

"This was an inexpensive place to stay for a day-trip to Gatlinburg. It was a little further than I expected but the drive was beautiful with many changing leaves. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out were both easy. The man providing service was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not need amenities. The room does not have a mini fridge, microwave or coffee pot. Restaurants and fast food are close by however."

"We had to wait for someone to show up to check in. We finally checked in. Rooms very basic. Needing a lot of attention especially the bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and requested the room to be made up everyday. It never got done. We had to request clean towels on the second night. The shower was good then the water went really hot. Overall disappointed "
