It was efficient regarding check-in and checkout. There were minimal towels and toilet paper in the room and it smelled very musty and moldy, so the A/C filter should be checked or inspected and made to smell fresh. Otherwise, it was a nice, quiet hotel right off the highway, which was convenient for our short visit.

No staff that we were aware of on the property. Kiosk check in and out. However our television was not working when we first got into the room and someone came pretty quickly to fix it. The rate was super high for what this hotel was due to parent weekend at FSU.

After having a bad experience at La Quinta across the street, Simon at the front desk offered immediate and efficient hospitality. Early check in was offered at a great rate. The bathtub was very large! Quiet was key for me. They delivered! I can not forget about the pool.. so clean so relaxing! I will return the next time I visit.

The hotel was conveniently located near the universities, with plenty of dining options nearby. The virtual check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and included a microwave and mini refrigerator. There was also plenty of parking, and breakfast was offered. $100 incidental fee returned upon check-out.

I loved the virtual lobby clerk. The room was very clean. My only criticism was the continental breakfast closed at 9am. That was a first. Other than that everything was great.

Very pleased with my stay! It's an older hotel but the room updated and very clean. The heater worked great, heated up the room in no time with outside temperatures in the 30s. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was very clean and parking lot very well lit. My only problem is I should have asked for a downstairs room because being a motel and outside rooms no elevator. I have very bad knees so stairs were hard for me. Rooms were very nice. Newly updated. Refridge and microwave in room. The cable had a great variety of channels.Breakfast truly did not have much but would not expect anything as a motel. There is a waffle house literally next door and Walmart only about a mile up the street. They havea pool but to cool too be open. Great stay.

Check-in and out was strange. I spoke to 2 different men thru a camera on a kiosk and followed the prompts to complete each task. I never saw a live staff member in the lobby. It looked like there was some remodeling happening since as I tried to bring my luggage upstairs I was blocked by a man painting the sidewalk. The room was OK, the drain in the shower was slow and the toilet seat was loose, but the bed was fine and the AC was cold.
